At Sweetie’s Paperie, every design is created with care to ensure you receive a high-quality product.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been purchased or delivered, refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations cannot be accepted.

Custom Orders

All custom orders require a non-refundable 25% deposit before design work begins.

Once design work has started, the deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances. After the final payment has been made and your editable Canva template has been delivered, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided.

Order Accuracy

Please review all personalization details carefully before submitting your order. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including names, dates, times, addresses, and other event details.
